Yes. We operate year-round to ensure your yard stays consistently clean in every season. In the event of severe weather, we’ll reschedule promptly and keep you informed.

We treat every yard as if it were our own. Equipment and footwear are sanitized between each property using a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of bacteria. Once service is complete, we send a photo confirmation of your securely closed gate for total peace of mind.

To keep routes efficient and pricing affordable, each zip code has a dedicated weekly service day:

74003 (Bartlesville) – Tuesday
74006 (Bartlesville) – Wednesday
74055 (Owasso) – Thursday

When you sign up, you’ll automatically be scheduled for your area’s assigned route day.

Twice-weekly visits are evenly spaced throughout the week based on your location:

74003 – Tuesday + Friday
74006 – Wednesday + Monday
74055 – Thursday + Monday

Our pricing is based on how often you’d like service, not on the number of dogs or the size of your yard.

Most customers invest between $74.99–$99.99 per month, depending on their service frequency.

No, you don't need to be home during service.

As long as we have safe and secure access to your yard, we’ll complete the cleanup and notify you as soon as it’s finished.

We currently provide dog waste removal in Owasso, Bartlesville & Dewey, Oklahoma. If you’re nearby, feel free to contact us to see if we can accommodate your location.

We double-bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash can. If a trash can isn’t available, we’ll leave it neatly tied and placed by the side of your home.

Yes! We're happy to clean while your dog is in the yard. However, if your dog has shown any signs of aggression, we ask that they be kept inside during service. The safety of our team is very important to us.

If a dog behaves aggressively toward our technicians, you may be asked to bring them inside, or service may be discontinued.

We do not provide specific arrival windows for service. To keep pricing affordable and efficient, our routes are optimized the night before service, based on drive time and location.

While we can’t guarantee exact arrival times, you’ll receive a notification when we’re on the way so you know we’re headed to your home.

Not at all! We don’t require long-term contracts. You can start, pause, or cancel your service whenever you need.
